Complete protection for all Freddy units is available for continued peace of mind and protection of your capital investment. A one year warranty is offered on all units, subject to terms and conditions, and great savings can also be made by taking out a prepaid maintenance contract.

Like any equipment in an industrial environment, occasional faults do occur, due to operator use or everyday wear and tear. We know that only well maintained machines that are kept in good condition will function smoothly and produce excellent cleaning and hygiene results. We have a team of highly qualified engineers on call and customers who have taken out contracts can expect priority on service or breakdown call outs, wherever they are situated in the UK.

We operate a fleet of mobile engineers nationwide in well stocked customised vehicles to carry out after sales support. We can offer single and multi site coverage and added cost savings.

Why have several engineers on site? we have the experience, qualifications and knowledge to minimise the induction period, we can service core and non–core machinery.

Standard services are also available from the same team of engineers for those machines in less regular or sporadic use, at intervals to suit the customer.
