MAHLE Powertrain recently contacted Freddy with regards to their Mark 5 500L 3KW 240V coolant recycling vacuum. They purchased their trusty Mark 5 back in 2001 and although it was still in perfect working order it simply needed a bit of TLC after 15 years of service…. I mean who wouldn’t?

The machine was an ideal candidate for Freddy refurbishment, so our team got to work! The machine was assessed, tested and stripped down to its basic components, all of which were thoroughly inspected and replaced if necessary. The frame and tank were taken back to bare metal, tested for integrity and nicely finished off at the powder coaters.

The whole process could be described as Freddy’s version of a Spa Day... the machine went in and came out the other side as fresh as the day it was born!

Needless to say… the team at MAHLE Powertrain couldn’t be happier with the results!

We at Freddy take great pride in our refurbishment service, we never get tired of the end result and the satisfaction that comes from seeing our machines give year after year of service to our customers.
