Effectively erodes away the surface of the item, pulverising and removing the top layers of dirt, paint, rust and grime. This process can be used to clean and prep a wide range of metal objects.  When shot blasting precedes powder coating, it acts as an ideal preparation, ensuring a smooth, high quality finish.

 

A non destructive method of cleaning, the non abrasive sodium bicarbonate particiles are applied using compressed air, causing no damage to the surface it is applied to.  Can be used on machine and engine parts, and because of its non-toxic properties can be used on food processing equipment.
