Freddy are pleased to announce that we have achieved certification to the newest revision of the ISO Quality Standard, ISO 9001:2015.
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), which replaces the 2008 Standard. It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with over 1.1 million certificates issued to organizations in 178 countries. In simple terms, it provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver an effective product or service time after time.
The ultimate aim of the ISO 9001 Quality Standard is to enable businesses to satisfy their customers. The Standard’s clauses help us to ensure we provide our customers with a consistent and rewarding experience from our goods and services, but the newest revision, ISO 9001:2015, actually deals with “customer satisfaction” directly. It states that the “organization shall monitor customers’ perceptions of the degree to which their needs and expectations have been fulfilled.”
